Shipping Policy

 

We ship all orders as soon as possible and aim to process orders ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. Average delivery time is 10 – 20 business days after the order is processed, and this depends largely on the destination. Please note some personalized and customized items require additional time, which we have made every effort to note in those product descriptions. Please contact us by phone or email to obtain quotes on other shipping options including express delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, and we know you’ll be happy with your cute pup gear! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail the return to the address given in the email:

 

 

Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us, and please use the cheapest method of delivery.

Please send an email with your name, a copy of your shipping receipt, and the amount paid in an email to [email protected]

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
